Nicaury Batista

Nicaury is a project management professional with extensive knowledge and experience in managing small and large-scale projects in both the corporate and non-profit sectors such as education, healthcare, technology, workforce development, and settlement services.

She is a customer advocate who enjoys learning about Sustainability, Strategy, Change Management, Technology, and Sociology. She is PMP® certified and holds a Scrum Fundamentals certification. Nicaury is one of the leaders of Women in Agile Toronto and holds a certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School.

Nicaury has supported leaders and organizations in the Dominican Republic, Canada, and the USA helping them with process improvement, and project management. She is also a promoter of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Belonging, Dignity, and Justice (BDJ).

Based in Toronto, Ontario, Nicaury loves travelling, learning languages, swimming, hiking, reading, practising yoga, and meditation.
