Business Declares

Business Declares is a fast-growing network of businesses whose leaders acknowledge the Climate and Ecological Emergency. Junxion Strategy first declared a climate emergency in 2019 and is proud to be joining Business Declares. Our aim is to be net zero for scopes 1 and 2 by 2025 and by 2050 for all scopes and to minimize our impact on nature. We will keep our all-scopes target under review, and bring it forward if it is feasible to do so.

Junxion’s mission is to help leaders build the success stories of the purpose economy. We support and encourage our clients to take meaningful action on climate change and nature loss, helping them to articulate their purpose, plan for positive impact, and measure and report on the difference they make. 

We run an international business with permanent operations in Canada and the UK and clients across North America, Europe and around the world. This means that we do have emissions linked to our business travel. We take steps to minimize these emissions but cannot reduce them to zero. 

We are certainly not claiming to be perfect, neither are we judging others. Instead, we are part of a coalition of the willing, looking to collaborate and accelerate action while continuing to highlight the challenges before us all and uncomfortable truths that must be faced if we’re to uphold the long-term wellbeing of all people and the planet.
