Rebecca brings 15 years of non-profit strategic growth and development to the field of stakeholder capitalism. As founder and previous director of New Haven Farms (now Gather New Haven) and an inaugural Deshpande Foundation Fellow, she understands how to successfully build and run mission-driven organizations.

Rebecca earned her Masters in Public Administration in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University and lives in London with her husband and three young children.
