Based in the Toronto area, Dallas is a consultant at Junxion Strategy supporting clients in developing their value, brand, and purpose in innovative and sustainable ways.
With over 10 years of experience working in and with small-to-medium sized businesses, non-profits, startups, B Corporations, and philanthropic initiatives, she has empowered clients with all of their nuances and complexities, to champion their mission and social impact.
Recent achievements include: recipient of the Giving Challenge Award from The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and IDEO for innovations in digital charitable giving, leading one of the largest youth-led fundraising programs in Canada and increasing annual revenue through a sustainable, authentic sales strategy by 20% for one of Ontario’s first B Corporations.
Aside from Junxion, Dallas is currently a Masters of Design candidate in Strategic Foresight and Innovation at OCAD University. As a candidate, Dallas is honing her skills in human-centred design, business design, systemic design, and strategic foresight to elevate the success of socially responsible organizations and creating sustainable futures.
In her spare time, Dallas is passionate about circuit training, exploring her local community, and finding the best coffee (and often with that, patio) in the city.
