Chantal is a strategist, communications professional, and project leader with 15 years and more than 5,000 project management hours working in the social impact space.
Starting her career in the corporate world at PwC Canada, CIBC Wood Gundy, and Travel Underwriters, Chantal has since supported mission-driven leaders and organizations in Canada, the USA, and Nepal, helping them build capacity through effective strategies and communications, and robust project management.
In the community, Chantal is passionate about supporting the conservation and sustainable
development of the Atl’ka7tsem / Howe Sound region northwest of Vancouver, Canada, and the education of Himalayan children in Nepal. She has been a director of several charity boards, co-led two international charity climbing expeditions, co-produced an award-winning outdoor adventure documentary, and owned and operated her own social enterprise.
She had the honour to live, travel, and collaborate with members of the Tāłtān / Tahltan First Nation of northern British Columbia, and the Manangi (Bhotiya) peoples of north-central Nepal, for which she is deeply grateful. Based in Sḵwx̱wú7mesh / Squamish, BC, Chantal loves reading, practising yoga and meditation, running trails, and hiking.
