Our clients are changemakers—social enterprises, purpose-led corporations, nonprofits, and foundations—driving the transition to a just and sustainable economy.

About the Role

Our Vancouver team is seeking a creative, organized, and purpose-driven intern to contribute to Junxion’s communications and strategy projects. You’ll gain practical experience across a variety of projects—from marketing and editorial work to research and strategy support—while learning how social impact consulting works from the inside.

  • Conducting research and analysis for consultancy projects, including market reviews and competitor benchmarking.
  • Supporting conference and podcast outreach for Junxion’s leadership team.
  • Assisting consultants in analyzing client values surveys, creating charts and graphs and drafting impact reports.
  • Helping create Junxion’s service guides and delivery tools.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a third- or fourth-year university or college student based in Vancouver who brings:

  • Strong writing, proofreading and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.
  • Interest or coursework in communications, business management, sustainability, or social impact.
  • Analytical thinking and comfortable working with qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and initiative—someone who thrives in collaborative, purpose-driven teams.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple projects.
